Definition of a Re-CC

Ever been involved in a group email discussion? One party breaks it into a one-on-one conversation and the recipient then sends their response back to everyone who was originally CC'd. That's a re-CC.

Just so we're clear, this is how it breaks down. Al, Joe, and Bill are emailing each other as part of a group discussion. Al decides he wants to say something just to Joe, so he removes Bill from the CC. But when Joe makes his response, he purposely adds Bill back into the conversation, thus exposing two things. 1) Al took Bill out of the conversation. 2) What Al said when he thought Bill wasn't listening.
